Ultracool Technologies is well establish in engineering of Heat Exchange systems. We specialize is compressor and earth moving cooling systems.
With over 10 years in the heat exchange business, we offer our customers genuine products and services that are done correctly the first time.
The Cleaning Process
Serial Number will be put on job card for future reference.
The cooler is submerged into approved chemicals for further cleaning, Paint may also be stripped.
The cooler is then drained and steam cleaned once more
The pressure is tested at the required working pressure.
Confirmation is request and order number is required before any further work will commence.
If the supervisor finds the cooler satisfactory, then all the water is removed from the cooler
Cooler is placed into ultrasonic machine (depending on size). Chemicals are pumped into the cooler in the reserve flow for 20 minutes @ 20 litres per minute. Any foreign objects found in the 20 micron filter while pumping will be kept for the customer.
Chemicals are removed from the cooler.
The cooler is then tested for the second time for pressure with air and water at the required working pressure.
All fins are straitened out
The cooler is spayed with the customers requested colour.
Supervisor checks against all quality standards.
Cooler is wrapped and is ready for dispatch.
All cooler are insured while on the premises and in transit.
